Explain a situation where it would be appropriate to use the ban command:
Mass RDM & LTAP
Ghosting x2
Ghosting & LTAP
Having 4-5 Punishments in an hour which would clearly show they are not intending to play the gamemode.
Having 6-7 recent warnings (2 weeks, shown as red in rap sheet).

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that Staff Member x banned them permanently for Exploiting and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?

Why I should be promoted (we recommend around 100 words):
I have 1k hours on Zarp TTT alone (kinda sad) and I have past experience as being an Administrator on the Server.
I have proved that I can hold up my activity and given my past times of being an Admin/Mod I can prove that I am ready for Admin once again

After reviewing your Appeal I have come to the conclusion to [b][color=#00ff00]Accept [/color][/b]your appeal.
I have talked to the banning staff member and spoke with the Lead Team that the given punishment was way too harsh and is not in line with our Staff Ethos (can be read [url=https://zarpgaming.com/index.php/forum/general-discussion/79335-zarp-staff-ethos]Here[/url]).

The Ethos states that the player experience should be improved by staff rather than interrupted or even denied.
You first should have been given a verbal warning.
