It would be appropriate to ban someone when they have too many recent punishments or for mass racism, homophobia, etc.

Explain any situation you had to work around in your time as a moderator. How could your promotion help this?:

Someone on the server had received too many recent punishments. For this situation, I would have to call an administrator to help me ban the person in question.

Why I should be promoted:

I have been a moderator for about three weeks as of the time of writing, and I feel like this time has helped me get comfortable with the commands and the reasons to warn people. I am currently a TTT admin and I feel like this will help me in the future if I become a deathrun admin.
