After discussing your appeal with TheXnator, we have come to the mutual agreement that you should not be unbanned yet. You have shown to be racist and discriminative in the past, hence why you were banned for 3 weeks in early February, and your previous appeal was accepted with conditions, which you've managed to break quite swiftly after being unbanned - Hence the current permanent ban. The fact of the matter is, we don't think you are deserving of an unban, and we feel like you should wait a bit more as well as display your change on other ZARP services.
