I think hes saying that he fucked up the last request and asked you to transfer it to his alt when he meant to get it transferred to his main. Honestly though hes not really speaking english so I might just be confused as surely the vip and boosters were on his main already in order for him to be able to fuck up yesterdays request and get them transferred to the alt.
