Suggestion Title: Add the fucking death scene FFS

How would it benefit the server: It would literally solve all and any issues around RDM cases where there is a dispute.

Potential Issues/Exploits: None, if you guys actually had a server that wasn't shit. I know the current server crashes but that issue is literally only on ZARP, any other server that uses ulx doesn't have that issue.

Additional notes: You scam kids for buying VIP, so use some of that money into getting a server that isn't from 1989 or some shit. Literally every other server has a death scene and it's working fine, stop being cheap cunts and all that. I'm having too much fun RDMing and covering up but I feel sorry for yall.
