What is Ghosting? and give an example:
Ghosting is when a dead player gives valuable information to a player that is alive that would give the player an advantage over others, whether that is through game/voice chat or external messaging apps such as Discord.
-An example would be if a dead player says which portal is safe to go through


How would you deal with a disrespectful player?:
I would start off by verbally warning them to stop being disrespectful. If the user continues to disrespect others i would gag/mute them. If they still continue, I would then warn the user. Further action would be necessary if the user proceeds to disrespect others even after the warning, I would kick the user and if they join back just to continue disrespecting, I would request a ban from an administrator or higher


Why I should be chosen:
I have recently gotten back into deathrun thanks to the people who have helped revive the server. In the time I have played I have really been enjoying playing the server as well as interacting with the many people who are now playing it. I have held the rank of Administrator two times on the server as well as many other ranks on different servers, most notably Super Administrator (x2) on the TTT server. This not only shows my knowledge of the rules on the server(s), but also the trust I have gained as well as the dedication I put towards my staffing positions.
