I have discussed this situation with a handful of admins and came to realise that you were in the wrong completely. What Nogtog said is completely false and got confused around the rule. He thought the opposite of what it actually is, and you backing behind his statement proves that this is not an invalid punishment. Biosenic did nothing wrong and this warning will not be removed.
