memes aside, there was numerous occasions when i spoke seriously with CEO about x thing on SSRP and about the community in general, he's a very open dude, he won't be scared to speak and tp say what needs to be said unlike a big portion of the staff team. He knows the game, it's undeniable, he actually PLAYED zarp meaning that he pretty much did everything that you could do times ten, he DOES have experience he knows the terrain like his own pocket.

Something that i fucking hate but will eventually happen is the "I don't think we need anymore super admins" sentence
Dedicated people like CEO are climbing the ranks because they are dedicated, they want to do their best however, they gonna need some powers too meaning that if you use the handbrake that i wrote above, he'll be unhappy and probably won't be as dedicated since you need a huge amount of efforts to reach those ranks, you just can't (as many people say) suck the lead team or be friends with them. You need a good relationship, thats for sure, they will become your colleagues so yeah, but you don't need to become friends with them.
