For the explain a situation you had as an admin that needed LT when there weren't any you didn't really explain it and just said who you would contact which isn't what the question asks.
A lot of the other example situations aren't step by step like they usually are and are just saying you'll talk to them and going on about how it's important instead of how going into the actual procedure.

Going away from the app I have only seen you on discord (where you are considerably active) so I can't comment on your attitude but I believe it's way too early for a LT position plus Im pretty sure the first part of your app is copy and pasted (nothing wrong with that BTW) since your activity says 80 hours which I'm presuming has since changed but as the game tracker link you provided doesn't go to your bhop activity Im not sure.

if you be more active on forums and show leadership qualities then sure but for now
