Mate don't worry about f1 counts, I honestly doubt anyone apart from Richard got more than a few and if everyone resigned because they got less than 20 F1's we'd have a non existent staff team. Your staffing ability isn't based on numbers it's about how you help players and if you're doing that then don't worry about weekly requirements
