Suggestion Title: Make swearing or any other unkind words against TOS

How would it benefit the server: If you can't handle speech just remove it!

Potential Issues/Exploits: Absolutely nothing bad could come from limitations on speech

Additional notes: Any word even CLOSE to being swearing or rude or has the ability to offend should be against TOS to protect our fweelings
