multiple staff members have confirmed that your actions were breaking the rules and you received multiple warnings, both verbal and punishments. Even if you hadn't received a verbal warning for disrespect before there is no policy that states you should get one, you clearly had no intention to obey the rules and therefore the warning is valid.
