Pablo took offence from being told something worse by a staff member, but his report was denied. How come staff members have to be ok with disrespect that wasnt even directed at them, but users dont have to be ok with disrespect that comes from staff?

indeed and staff members should be held to a higher standard. can't have a rule for one and not the other, feel like a cm or someone impartial should handle this tbf for the fairest outcome and they should also take into account the staff report.
