What is Ghosting? and give an example:
Ghosting is a helping a living player, while being dead yourself. For example, in many first-person shooters, dead players may disclose the location of living players on the opposing team to their teammates.

How would you deal with a disrespectful player?:
I would use my past experince from other servers i staff on or have staffed on. First and foremost, i would ask said player to stop being disrespectful. If that weren't going to stop said person, a mute/gag would be warranted.

Why I should be chosen:
I feel that i would fit in perfect in the current staff team, and playerbase.
Not only do i have alot of experience from staffing on SSRP through the years. But more recently surf aswell. At the moment i play alot more on the Pointshop servers then i do SSRP as i find it more enjoyable. If you ask myself i would say i'm a good and fair person. And lastly i would say i'm well known within the zarp community as a trustable person.
