Upon checking my game tracker it is reporting that I have only played on the server for 33mins, I'm not sure if this is a bug on gametracker, but I've been on the server non-stop since it's release(excluding a few hours for breaks etc)

A new player joins the server and wants to know how he can report another player, he also states he has sufficient evidence. Explain how you'd go about this and resolve the situation:

I would advise the users to run the /report command, this command will advise the user how to raise a player report and the handling staff member will review the report and take the necessary actions to resolve the issue.

Explain what you would do in a situation where a player was chat spamming:
I would inform/ask the user spamming to politely to stop spamming the chat as this can cause stress/some annoyance to some players who have there chat settings different to others if the user continued to do this after being told to stop, I would place a small but mean full chat mute.

Explain how you would deal with someone using an exploit on the server:
I would inform the user that this will fall under using an exploit if the user did not release, I would explain that it's exploiting and to stop right away if the user continued to do this after being told that it's not allowed, I would kick the user to stop him doing it again if he came back and continue doing it, I would call an administrator to place a small but mean a full ban on the user.

Explain how you'd deal with a player that's harassing and disrespecting another player in-game:
I would ask the user who is harassing another player to stop and remind them that harassment is not allowed on the server, and advise them to go and read the ZARP policy about harassment if the user continued to do this after being told to stop, I would place a small mute on the user, increasing in punishment the more times the user harassing/disrespects another player.

Why I should be chosen (we recommend around 75 words):
I believe I should be chosen to become a Minecraft moderator on the ZARP Minecraft server because I am strong-minded, quick thinking, and easily approachable on many levels, I work fast but efficient on dealing with reports, with my knowledge of being an SSRP Super Administrator on SSRP, I deal with staff to the player, staff to staff reports, this proves that I'm able to handle a moderator role, I was chosen to become an Admin on the Minecraft as part of the initial staff team, however, I resign before it was released as I believed that I would not play on the server, but playing on the server it has changed my mind and i played on it since its release.
