An example of a situation where it would be appropriate to ban a player would be if the player has picked up 7 recent punishments within the last 2 weeks.

Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology, and effort. You check the ban list and find that Staff Member x banned them permanently for Exploiting and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?

Hi (name), thank you for appealing your ban. After talking to the staff member that banned you, we have decided to appeal your ban. Your appeal was written in great detail and we have noticed the effort behind it. However, if you break the rules again you will be banned again and there will be a small chance that the ban will be shortened.

Why I should be promoted:

Even though I have only been a moderator for a short time I feel like this time has helped me get a better understanding of the rules. Sometimes I'm the only staff member playing on the server with lots of people, at those times it would be really helpful if I had access to the ban and name change command so I don't have to ask a different staff member to come to the server. I also feel like my activity is higher than most staff members and that I get high report counts.
