A new player joins the server and wants to know how he can report another player, he also states he has sufficient evidence. Explain how you'd go about this and resolve the situation:

I would tell him to do /report in-game or contact a staff member via other communication means such as pm in-game or discord. They could also create a report on the forums. If the evidence is sufficient enough, I would punish the accused accordingly.

Explain what you would do in a situation where a player was chat spamming:

I would ask the player to stop spamming. If the player continues to spam after I asked them not to, I would mute the player.

Explain how you would deal with someone using an exploit on the server:

Depending on the severity of the exploit, I'd contact an Admin+ staff member to ban the player if the exploit was very bad (e.g duplicating items). If possible, I will halt the user from doing the exploit until help arrives.

Explain how you'd deal with a player that's harassing and disrespecting another player in-game:

I would ask the player to stop abusing the player in the chat. If they continue to do so, I would mute them. If they continue after their mute has expired, I would kick them or get an admin+ staff member to ban them.

Why I should be chosen (we recommend around 75 words):

I should be chosen as I am staff and previously have been staff on 2 different servers within the Zarp community. I also have strong activity in Minecraft and will continue to have strong activity. I also believe there are times staff are AFK or not present and situations occur that require dealing with in chat, however, no one is there to do so. With a lot of new players coming in, come more problems that need handling.
