What is Ghosting? and give an example: (Explain in your own words what ghosting is and give an example of ghosting)

In the simplest form, ghosting is when you give information to someone who is alive which could potentially alter the outcome of a round. For example, Player A could ask for the answer on a multiple choice trap, Player B (who is dead) would then give Player A the definitive answer, which in turn is ghosting.

How would you deal with a disrespectful player?: (Explain in your own words how you would deal with a player being disrespectful towards another player or staff member.)

I would firstly ask them to stop, continued disrespect would be dealt with by using the mute tool and a warning if necessary. Further disrespect would require punishments such as a ban and I would need to contact an administrator+ to deal with that.

Why I should be chosen:

Deathrun is a great server, I have always enjoyed playing it and I am glad to see it's slowly trying to make a return. I would like to try and help maintain the player count it is slowly regaining, by keeping those who seek to harm the server away. I have been staff on Deathrun in the past and have even owned my own Deathrun server in the past.

Despite my current game time being below the usually recommended two weeks, I am hoping you are willing to overlook that given I have shown I am a trustworthy and dedicated staff member in the past. I am a former lead team on a few ZARP services and have always done my best to show interest and leadership.
