Disable Creating Events on Arena Event Day (or if you dont want to completely disable it make it so they cant be started maybe like 20 mins before the standard events start or think of another way to do it).

How would it benefit the server:
stop people from abusing the system in a spiteful manor

Potential Issues/Exploits:
none that i can think of

Additional notes:
unless a lot of other stuff on SSRP relies on the create event system surely this shouldn't be too hard to implement.
