I have talked with Ross and decided to lower your ban down to 3 weeks. We're seeing your attitude improve greatly, I had nothing but good experiences with you and if you continue down this path you may appeal somewhere at the end of this week/beginning of next week for a full unban. (if your attitude improves like it has been recently).
Again continue improving your attitude within the next week or so if you want a full unban and show that you are worthy of it.
