The reason you are banned is because you have reached 5 warnings after having a recent ban last Monday. It should have been at 4.

The RDM warn was given to you because you said you failed to switch to your crowbar, while looking down at me shooting 12 bullets out of your mp9 hitting me 3 times dealing 61 damage. I don't see that as a missclick on your mousescroll at all.
