What is Ghosting? and give an example:

Ghosting is when a dead player gives information about what is going on to another player that is still alive which grants them an advantage.

An example would be on a 50/50 trap. Player A has just gone through the left portal on the Minecraft map while player B is still waiting to go. The left portal was trapped and player A died, player A says in chat that the left portal was trapped. This gives an advantage to player B because they now know which portal to take.

How would you deal with a disrespectful player?:

It depends on what the player is saying. But I would start with giving them a verbal warning. If they keep being disrespectful I would gag or mute them depending on if they are using voice chat or text chat.

Why I should be chosen:

I should be chosen because I am pretty active and I know how deathrun works. I like to socialize with other players and I try my best to create a friendly and positive environment on the server.
