A new player joins the server and wants to know how he can report another player, he also states he has sufficient evidence. Explain how you'd go about this and resolve the situation

I would tell the player to either take the report to the forums for an Admin to handle or I would ask him to send the evidence to me and if clear, I would issue and an appropriate punishment.

Explain what you would do in a situation where a player was chat spamming

I would tell the person to stop immediately and if the person would not comply after I've warned him couple of times, I would mute the player.

Explain how you would deal with someone using an exploit on the server

I would tell the person to stop using the exploit and if ever caught again would be potential warnings - and tell the staff that this person had been caught exploiting before.

Explain how you'd deal with a player that's harassing and disrespecting another player in-game

I would politely tell the player to stop if the person were to continue I would mute/warn him. Basic same procedure as someone was chat spamming.

Why I should be chosen (we recommend around 75 words)

I've staffed on ZARP for the past 2 years and have acquired a couple of staff positions on here. I've spent a load of my childhood on Minecraft, thousands of hours and I think that my joint experience of both my Minecraft and Staffing knowledge would be useful. The server just got released and I intend to play on it. Can't prove my activity yet as the server was just released but will try to do over next week.
