After discussing with Richard and reviewing evidence he has sent me, I have come to the conclusion to deny this appeal. Previous to what you wrote in OOC you also were loop holing racism. You were told to stop by Richard and he was in the right to mute you.

Also, going on TeamSpeak to call Richard a retard was completely unnecessary and doesn't help your case at all. Same with me on Discord.
