When would it will be appropriate to use the ban command?: The ban command would be appropriate to use in cases where easier punishments no longer help, and a player's rulebreaking/behaviour must be stopped and removed from the server. For example, if a player has too many recent warnings and is continuously breaking rules, a player that causes harm to other players and has no intention of playing the server normally, a player that is playing from an alternative account while their main account is banned.

Explain any situation you had to work around in your time as a moderator. How could your promotion help this?: I play deathrun daily, and I deal with rulebreakers almost every time I am on the server. There was a specific case where a player was constantly harassing the other players, causing them discomfort, and the player had been warned for that countless of times, and had many recent warnings. If I were an admin, I would've been able to ban him and make sure that the rest of the players are safe and can continue playing without any problems.

Why I should be promoted: I believe that I am one of the most active players currently, and I have moderated the server for 2 weeks now, and I am sure that I have done everything in a fair and correct way. Since I come on the server quite a bit, it is always good to have staff with the proper permissions playing the server, making sure that everyone can play collectively and with no rulebreaking or anything that shouldn't belong on the server.
