First clip is nothing sorry to say, second is questionable. In my opinion it's at most a verbal unless you're able to provide some more evidence of this 'constant harassment'.

Ontop of this, I don't think this evidence portrays what happend fairly as it's two clips that are also seemingly out of order and also very short.
