You have not provided any evidence to suggest that this "rando" shot you first and you haven't even provided their username, despite being able to do so. According to Biosenic, you shot the "rando" and killed them 3 seconds into the round which is why you were reported and then warned. Without any evidence at all to support your story, i see no other outcome.
