You dont have to believe them everytime but at least have a reason not to believe them.
IE "I killed them cus he shot me" yet the guy has green health then kill him. Its unlikely that he got shot and only took 19 damage.
Just allowing people to say "I didnt believe him" removes the point of the rule.
If you are certain that someone is a traitor then kill them. The rule doesnt prevent you from doing it. As long as you can back up why you was certain then its fine.
Henny wrote this rule and I still cant think of how it can be worded any better. By all means someone take a stab at making it more clear. But it's fine. It's been so long since it was brought up.
