This is valid criticism however Ross hasn't done more or less than me, he is in-game more and also at times where more staff are on but that doesn't mean I haven't done the lead team duties you don't get to see.

Ignore this sentence if you read it before I changed it (haven't read why he wrote that). You deserve a promotion by doing exceptional stuff than rather just doing your job normally.
