Different staff members learn at a different pace, and it's important for members of the Lead Team to give personalised and precise trainings rather than making it an industrialised process. Changes to any processes or commands would also then require all of the videos to be remade rather than just added to existing training guides.

If staff would like, they are more than welcome to request a copy of the training guides to help them in their staffing if they feel like it would be helpful.
