Explain a situation where it would be appropriate to use the ban command: An example of an appropriate reason to ban someone would be if a player mass rdmed in a round and then instantly left after the round/after they die.
Another appropriate reason to use the ban command would be if a player has picked up too many recent punishments [7] within the last 2 weeks
A third reason would be if the user has already been warned for ghosting then got caught ghosting again despite the warning.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology, and effort. You check the ban list and find that Staff Member x banned them permanently for Exploiting and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?
Hello (Insert name) After speaking with the staff member that punished you about the situation and reading your apology. I have come to the conclusion to accept this appeal. But I have to ask you to be more careful in the future and not to do this again, otherwise you will be rebanned.

Why I should be promoted (we recommend around 100 words): I feel as though I should be promoted as I already have experience with staffing as an admin and I am still used to the commands. In addition, I have continued with my high activity and report count. However, sometimes I am the only staff on the server and without the ban command, it can be a bit hard to manage the server if no admins are available to ban players.

Extra Information: (Not Required) I was going to wait a week or 2 to regain trust, but after dealing with some users earlier I came to the conclusion that I need my admin powers back
