aspirin added back to general store

How would it benefit the server:
people wouldn't have to spend ages making it for likely only 1 active nukes worth

Potential Issues/Exploits:
stop people using new drug system for aspirin (lets be honest that's only like 1 or 2 people)

Additional notes:
could be added for now until the drug system gets rebalanced, atm nerve gas is really hard to counter.
