tbh thats still not a rule? from what I've seen in the rules, you're not staff so thats not impersonation of staff, you didn't tell him to stop once so thats not harassment and I can't think of any other rules he could of broken. but go ahead, gl

It's not written in the rules but if x person impersonates someone with malicious intentions then the staff member in charge of the report can punish them

but I don't see the malicious intent? it was just a joke and it harmed no one?
