Explain a situation where it would be appropriate to use the ban command

I would use the ban command if a player has received 7 or more warns within the two-week period. Before issuing the ban, I would check their rapsheet to see if it is their first ban. If it is, then I will speak to the player and explain to them what is going to happen and how they will be banned for 3 days (number varies depending on the offences). However, if I find out they have a history of a previous ban(s), then their punishment will be longer.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player X appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that Staff Member x banned them permanently for Exploiting, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?

Hello Player X, I have spoken with the staff member who punished you and have looked into this ban. As this is your first ban and you have apologised for it exploiting, I have decided to accept your appeal. However, bare in mind that exploiting is a serious offense in the server and breaking this rule again will result in another ban. Consider this a warning to not do it again. Thank you for your time and enjoy your time on the ZARP TTT server.

Why should I be promoted?

Fuck it, because why not . I am very active and friendly member of the server. I like to help when I can and take good care when dealing with reports. I have previously been TTT Admin so know my way around things and hope that I have shown good attitude towards the server and ZARP. I Would like to be Administrator on this server because I believe I could contribute to the community more and help out by being on the server at later times as well.
