When a user has too many recent punishments (6-7)

Explain any situation you had to work around in your time as a moderator. How could your promotion help this?:
A player joined with a racist name and i was not able to change it as moderators can't do that. I asked him to change it but he left when he saw i was the only player online. If i had been admin i could have changed their name straight away.

Why I should be promoted: (We recommend around 75 words)
I really want to see deathrun doing well again as it is a really fun gamemode but its basically non-existent playerbase means users cant enjoy it. Seeing people playing over the last 3 or so days has been really nice and i've come on every time i see a group of people on. Obviously my activity is not good but that's due to no-one playing the server at all last week (that i saw) and going afk to farm activity seemed like a scummy thing to do. Hopefully people continue to play it and i will too.

I want to prove that i didn't just go for mod for a nice rank to have but because i want to see deathrun doing well
