What is Ghosting? and give an example:
Ghosting is when a dead player gives any information to a player that he otherwise wouldn't have known. Such as: A dead player tells the players alive the location of the death. or in the minecraft map a dead player tells the alive players which correct portal to go through.

How would you deal with a disrespectful player?:
I'd start off by telling him off for it by a simple verbal warning to let him know what he said is disrespectful and against the rules, if he proceeds to be disrespectful I will either issue a mute (if possible) or issue a warning.

Why I should be chosen:
I am an ex staff member and have held multiple ranks throughout the community, which makes me as experienced as one can be with being a staff member. I see myself as friendly, trustworthy, and a good helper to whoever needs it. I work great in a team and usually bring to the table something new every now and then. I know this is my first week back yet I feel like I am ready to receive this rank as I play at times where there's not as many staff members on and could provide help for the few players that are with me or use my powers to move an afk player to spectate. By the time the meeting happens you should see me time increased more than now. (Use a man named Jandro as a reference)
