you just contradicted his point that he made, did he fall off the building or did he run out of the nuke? he couldn't of done both... - Examples of valid reasons to kill another player:
The player acts threatening towards you- Police can enact FearRP without holding a weapon out however the request must also be reasonable.
If I see a cop running towards me during a nuke, its either im getting arrested or reapered. Kronen killed you reasonably.
