Regarding your cm ban, I personally believe there is no set time a person needs to change, and I also got two perma bans in a relatively short amount of time(couple or months, the first one being for a similar reason as your cm ban), ive been accepted as admin and cause no issues, so I think you should be given a chance as a moderator
