Can there be a mandatory time period that prevents people applying for promotion just after they've been appointed to a role? People who were accepted less than 5 days ago are already so eager to climb the roles without actually doing anything in between. The first two points hinge around this users experience during their moderation, how can they provide meaningful evidence of this in so little time? There's no way to have a accurate gauge on a persons performance in this period.
- Explain how you feel that your time as a moderator will contribute to you becoming an admin:
- Explain a situation as a moderator you encountered that was an obstacle you had to work around (EG: defiant user):
Please can there be some form of rule that prevents people chain applying week after week.
I mean surely if they dont have enough experience as moderator theyll just get denied? You see it quite a bit on applications when people are recognised to not have enough time in a certain staff position to move on.
