Explain how you feel that your time as a moderator will contribute to you becoming an admin:
I feel like i have good knowledge of when to use the commands. I have got better knowledge of the rules too.

Explain a situation as a moderator you encountered that was an obstacle you had to work around (EG: defiant user):
I have not encountered a situation i couldn't handle, every situation I have encountered I could handle.

If you had to write a letter to train a moderator in between 100-200 words, what would you say to give them the full grasp?:
First of all i would tell them that what they need to do on the server and then tell them how all commands is working in the tab menu.

- Chat mute: The player you mute can't send messages in chat and you should use it if someone is spamming or saying things they shouldn't in chat.

- Kick: Kicks the player from the server and you should use this if someone keep doing something bad like spamming or exploiting.

- Voice Mute: is the same as Chat mute but this mute voice chat.

- Send Message: You send a messge to a person that other people can't see.

- Strip weapons: Use this command if players are abusing their weapons, shooting players in spawn and do so they can't play properly.

-Mute: If you want to mute a person (this person only get muted for you).

You have !warn so you can warn people if they keep doing something after you told them not to do it.

If you press F6 you can see punishments on a specific person. Recent punishments are red.

Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that Staff Member x banned them permanently for Exploiting, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?

I feel like I have good knowledge of the rules and the commands and i want to give the users the best experience when they are on the server. I'm currently holding a admin rank on TTT so I know much of the commands from TTT that are on surf. I want to help the server more and to do that I need more commands.
