Server Name: ZARP SSRP

Suggestion Title: added loading screen along with other peoples.

How would it benefit the server: It would look nice while you would be loading into the game especially for new players.

Potential Issues/Exploits: not at all.

Additional notes: I've seen a post of someone making their own loading screen suggestions, I did not make this but it is high quality and I think this could be one of the loading screens. for ZARP SSRP here is the picture
