Explain "Random Death Match" and give an example scenario:
RDM is where a player kills another without a valid reason (Some can be found on rules)

Player 'x' kills a player 'a' for stunstucking them (leftclick) without doing /me 3 times warning them to leave.

Explain "New Life Rule" and give an example scenario:
NLR is where a player returns to a district (or interacts) to carry out their role-play.

Player 'x' is wanted in Park District and has killed the officer attempting to arrest him again. He returns outside the district shooting back inside to kill him for being wanted.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
You are handling a report in which player A accuses player B of killing them for no reason in a report via the F1 system.
I would tp to the the victim and request to bring him on a rooftop out of rp area. I would then go to somewhere out of roleplay and bring the victim. I will then tp to the reported player requesting if I can bring him to a sit. If he agrees I will tp back to the victim bringing the suspect along. I will then ask what happened and gain both stories.

If: The player admits to RDMing him apologising I would then check his recent punishments for RDM. If his recent punishments are clean then I would give him a verbal punishment and ask him not to do it again otherwise it will be a greater punishment.

If: The player tells me he shot him first I would then ask him for a recording. If the victim doesn't have one it is one word against another and return them. If he does have a recording I will find away to view and punish the user for RDM and Lying In a sit.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
You witness a user mass RDMing in spawn, killing many people constantly to the point where users are complaining.
I would TP to the player mass RDMing and freeze him instantly. If it was that obvious he was mass RDMing I would warn him for it and jail him for 5 minutes. After the 5 minutes is over I will spectate him for a period of time to see if he will continue. If he does I would then request for a admin to come on to ban him.

Why I should be chosen (we recommend a minimum of around 150 words):
I have been playing the server for a while and understand all the rules. I want to be apart of the staff team for a new experience and help people out as the server is beginning to become more popular. I also want to be there to punish people who intentionally join the server to mass RDM instead of just watching it happen. I will be professional in general and the way I handle reports. I will not be bias and will always listen to both sides of the story. I can handle sits with calmness and know that I am helping the community out. (Don't take this personally) but I have seen recordings of new staff not understanding some basic rules and want to moderate with them to help them learn the rules. Having me as a staff member means you have someone who fully understands the rules and has been around for a while. I am active and will usually be on early in the morning to late at night. I will always be there to help new players understand the game meaning they will enjoy the time and stay on the server.

I understand I have been banned. Just keep in mind I had a long time during that ban to think things out and I am sorry for the way I acted but I feel like I can be trusted and this is the way to start out. I have really thought about what I did and the mistakes I had made in the past. I want to show people that I can become staff and be actually a really helpful and kind person. Expiring the old me and showing the people who may dislike me I have changed
