Explanation:
When your suit would be ripped instead the token would be consumed and you keep your suit.
You would still die, the kill would count towards leaderboards and the message would play.

I imagine this would be an item craftable via an SCU or as a single drop rare item from a future case

How would it benefit the server:
Just another item, may increase the demand for suits (more players may want one of each) and also increase the usage depending on the rarity of the item.
Potential Issues/Exploits:
The ripping of suits seems to be part of the game economy and this would reduce the amount ripped
