Suggestion Title: Extended profile editing

How would it benefit the server: There's no real benefits, it's just a cosmetic thing for people who like to put time into their profiles...

Potential Issues/Exploits: It being put at the very bottom of the current to do list and not being finished until 2050?

Additional notes:

Users should be allowed to flex their Friendly Players Diamond VIP badge, since of course it's still affiliated with ZARP and I am not happy my money has gone to waste



Users should be able to pick from unlocked variants of VIP badges they have, to display.



Users should be able to put an image in their personal text (the one below avatar), at a maximum 36x36 image size.
