a way to constantly generate coal
How would it benefit the server:
coal is used in the new (er) drug system but there is no way to get it AFIK outside of christmas events
Potential Issues/Exploits:
the price of coal will plummet!
I am unsure how the drug system is balanced and if the rarity is intentional
Additional notes:
Just add it to the dumpster pool or make a rock you can mine
