Hello callum, this was indeed a KOS on suspicion however the person that reported you didn't change their mind in time to avoid the punishment. You were in the wrong just as any other player would be in this situation, however the person didn't want you punished and Nogtog didn't do anything wrong at all. The person didn't express the fact that they didn't want you punished in time, therefore there is only one option for me. - Your warning will be removed, and the only reason is because the person that reported you didn't want you punished.
