Looking at this appeal i have to say that as much as it's a dick move it's not a rulebreak this as always been happening i've done it myself a couple of times and i've never been warned for it it shouldn't be different to other people joshua has been known for handing out false punishments so i'm not even surprised this is definitely not against the rules and as much as i feel bad for JMT he should've double checked his trades to see he was trading the right guy it's not the guy's fault at all for getting the money he shouldn't give anything back
