Why I should be promoted


Time, activity & dedication to the server

I have good and high activity, according to the gametracker, I currently have the most hours on the server, being 552 as of writing this. I have been staff for over 5 months and during that time i play almost whenever I can. When there is need for staff on the server and I'm available, I will always join the server as soon as possible to help out. I have and will always help(ed) people, it be staff or normal players with questions and concerns about the server. I have not missed a single meeting except for the very first one, because i was on vacation.
Not only ingame, but also other places. Even tho i might not have a lot of messages/posts, i check the forums and discord alot and if there is something that I can do such as report, asking to get on, I will handle it quickly when im available. You can find me on the teamspeak most of the time, talking with fellow staff or other people and helping others out there too.

Attitude & personality

I am always professional and have the ability to maintain that no matter the situation. I'm a friendly and nice person and can always be approached by anyone and will happily help them out with any question / concerns and even just to have a chat with. I am constantly working on improving myself, especially against criticism, which i can take very well, because then i know what to focus on more to improve.

Current experience

During my 5 months of being staff, I have gotten a perfect understanding of the server, rules, handling all sorts of situations and how to staff and have been handle all situation I have come across on the server. During my time as super admin I have been introduced to the lead-team, have learned what its about and to do the duties such as dealing with hackers, training new staff and watching over them.

My plans

My plans as head admin would be to help the server and contribute even more. I want to expand the server more by getting more staff, train them to their ranks and give them a perfect understanding of the tools and duties they have, how to staff and making them feel welcome, to not hesitate with questions or if they don't know how to handle / act in certain situations. Aswell as trying to be more available and being the person everyone can come to to be helped out, which i think is exactly what this role is about.
