Story/Situation - Another had been Kos'd and had ran away to cover since he was being shot at. Since the kos was active and he had ran, I took the liberty in taking him out only to find out that he was Innocent and I was then reported. After the story was cleared up, Biosenic asks if I was new to the server, and without giving me a chance to speak, the report gets closed and I get hit with the slay. This is where I have a serious problem, I still had more to say, for one had the moderator looked at the logs, he would have saw that the detective was also shooting at the person, the person had called another kos and most infuriatingly, I had previously reported someone for almost the exact same thing except I had been rdm'd and the person handling my report did not slay that person since if you run from a gun fight with a active kos, you are still kos'd. I could careless about a single slay/warn, but the staff need enforce the same rules and give people an actual chance to speak.
