after reviewing your appeal, the evidence you have provided, and talking to the staff members that were present at the time I have decided to deny this appeal. The evidence you have provided doesn't back up your claims at all and you do not need to receive a verbal when you've already been told multiple times before, you had that exact same tag when I warned you so you knew it was wrong yet did it anyway. I suggest waiting out your ban.
